  • Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for any delays or non - delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.
  • Delivery Failures: If a delivery attempt fails due to reasons such as an incorrect address, the recipient's unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, we may attempt to redeliver the package at your expense. If the package is returned to us, you may be eligible for a refund, minus any applicable shipping and handling fees.

 

Returns & Exchanges Accepted

  • Customers can apply for returns orexchanges within 30 days from the dateof signing for the express delivery.
  • The goods must remain in a brand new and unused state, scratches, deformation, or otherconditions that affect secondary sales.
  • The original packaging and accessories(such as certificates, packaging boxes, polishing cloths, etc.)must be complete.Provide proof ofpurchase, such as order screenshots orinvoices.

 

Returns & Exchanges Process

  • Please contact our customer serviceteam within the specified time andprovide order information and thereasons for return or exchange.
  • We will review within 48 hours afterreceiving the application to confirmwhether the return and exchangeconditions are met.
  • After the review is passed, thecustomer needs to return the goodsand related accessories to thedesignated address,and the freightshall be prepaid.
  • After receiving the returned items, wewill conduct an inspection. lf theconditions are met,the return orexchange wil be processed.
